At BelloNotion, we sell premium digital products — Notion templates and digital productivity tools. Because every product is delivered instantly and digitally, our return and refund policy works differently than for physical products. This page explains exactly how it works, in plain English.


1. All Sales Are Final (With Important Exceptions)

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final once the template link has been accessed or duplicated into your Notion workspace.

This is standard practice across the digital products industry — it protects creators from a situation where buyers could download, use, and then claim a refund, and it keeps our prices fair for the customers who respect the work behind each template.

That said, we believe in fair customer service. Read sections 2 and 3 to see exactly when refunds are — and aren't — available.


2. When You're Entitled to a Full Refund

We will issue a full refund in any of the following situations:

  • You never received your template. If, after troubleshooting (spam folder, email typo), we cannot deliver your template within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The template is broken or unusable. Missing pages, corrupted links, or content that does not match what was advertised on the product page.
  • You were charged twice. Duplicate transactions for the same order will be reimbursed automatically once verified.
  • Unauthorized purchase. A charge made without your consent (e.g., a child or someone else using your card). Contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.

Refunds in these cases are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.


3. When Refunds Are Not Possible

To keep things transparent, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The template has already been duplicated into your Notion workspace.
  • Change of mind after purchase ("I no longer need it" or "I found another template I prefer").
  • Lack of use. Not using the template often enough is not grounds for a refund.
  • Compatibility or skill issues with Notion itself, or wanting features the template was never advertised to include.
  • Buyer's remorse based on the price (e.g., "I found a free alternative after buying").
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago, unless covered by section 2.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation falls under section 2, here's how to start the process:

  1. Email us at info@bellonotion.store within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
  3. Briefly describe the issue — screenshots help us resolve faster.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
  5. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

We respond to 100% of refund requests — even the ones we ultimately can't approve. Silence is never our answer.


5. Exchanges & Store Credit (Goodwill Options)

If your purchase doesn't qualify for a refund but you're genuinely unhappy with the template, we may — at our sole discretion — offer one of the following goodwill alternatives:

  • Store credit equal to the value of your purchase, usable on any other BelloNotion template.
  • One-time exchange for a different template of equal or lesser value (price difference is non-refundable).
  • Free template update when a new version of your purchase is released.

These options are not guaranteed — they are offered case by case, depending on your situation and order history. We want every customer to leave happy whenever it's reasonable.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact us first before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve your issue faster than the bank can — and without administrative friction.

Fraudulent chargebacks (i.e., opening a dispute after using the template successfully and without contacting us) may result in the loss of access to your purchased template and may be reported to the relevant fraud-prevention services. We take this seriously to protect both our work and our honest customers.


7. Pricing & Promotional Adjustments

Template prices may change over time, and we run occasional sales and promotions. Refunds or partial credit will not be issued if a template you purchased goes on sale shortly after your order, or if you missed a discount code at checkout.

We recommend subscribing to our newsletter so you are the first to know when a sale starts — that way you only buy at the price you're comfortable with.


8. Policy Updates

BelloNotion reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time, to reflect changes in our products, services, or applicable regulations. Any update applies to future orders only — orders already placed are governed by the version of the policy in force at the time of purchase.
